Revolution Now: Sowore to remand in custody for 45 days

The Department of State Service, DSS has granted permission from federal high court sitting in Abuja to remand former AAC Presidential candidate, Sahara reporters publisher, ‘RevolutionNow’ Movement Leader, Omoyele Sowore in prison for next 45 days.
The presiding Judge, Justice Taiwo ruled that he had granted ex-parte application bail only that the security officials could be able to keep the respondent in the custody for 45 days so that DSS would take final investigation on the matter.
The judge also said that the applicant demand more time to probe the respondent within next 45 days.
DSS arrested Sahara reporters publisher at his residence in Lagos on Saturday morning, 3rd August, 2019.
Sowore was alleged for ‘’ calls for revolution’’ protest activities that he orchestrated in the country recently.

Sowore arrest might be as a result of comment he made on his tweets before he was arrested by DSS.

”Shameless aso rock sent sent fake protesters to intimidate”

”All that is needed is for revolution. Revolution is for the oppressed to choose a date they desire for liberty”
