A Rapist prisoner mistakenly released from the Custody

A rapist and child molester prisoner has mistakenly been released from the prison in Georgia.

The prisoner named Tony Maycon Munoz-Mendez,  a convicted rapist and child molester was accidentally released from prison on friday, the Washington Post reports.

The rapist, age 31, had been in custody since 2015 due to charges on rape and child molestation.

The Georgia Department of corrections announced that the rapist was serving a life sentence before he was “released in error” from Rogers State prison.

But the Authorities in Georgia  said they are currently searching for the convicted rapist and child molester.

 “All resources are being utilized to ensure the rapid apprehension of Munoz-Mendez,” the department said.

In fact the department could not even explain how the error was made on that day.
